Despite the trials and tribulations he has faced, Apostle Dr. Terry L. Franklin, the youngest of six siblings, is a living testimony of the transforming power of God. In 2001, after experiencing a life marked by drugs, gangs, violence, and expulsion from school, he made the decision to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. In 2002, he received his divine call to preach and teach the Gospel. By 2004, he had begun operating in the five-fold ministry and was serving as the pastor of his first church.

In 2009, through the leading of the Holy Spirit, God birthed Redeemed By God Ministries through Apostle Franklin. The ministry held its first service on the second Sunday in November 2009. Since that time, God has used Apostle Franklin to establish and support numerous ministries and community outreach initiatives, including Second Chance Ministries, Inc., Couples Night Out, Free2U, Operation Outreach – Back2School, and various community giveaways and outreach programs.

Also in 2009, Apostle Franklin returned to school and earned his GED before continuing his education at East Mississippi Community College. He later pursued theological and biblical studies at Liberty University, Destiny Theological Bible College, and the Mississippi State School of Ministry. His educational accomplishments include a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree, and two Doctoral degrees in Biblical Studies.

I am who it says I am

I can do what it says I can do

I can have what it says I can have

with the Word of God,

 I can transcend every limitation placed on my life

because I am in Christ, I am a new creature

I am seated with Him in heavenly places; therefore, I am victorious

and my life is the better because of it

I am a believer and not a doubter

I have God's spirit and nature

I live in the blessings

because I am redeemed
